I am a physician with more than 15 years of practice. passionate about my work, holding it all together, until I couldn't any more in the chaos of life. It took be years to become someone I didn't remember. It is then that I started searching for more meaning in my life and reconnecting with my innate self through holistic means.
I explored the path of self knowledge through coaching, creative play, mind body energy work and the Akashic Records. These keep me grounded and guide me back to me whenever I falter. It helps me look at myself from my higher/ soul perspective. These paths help me trust myself and the happenings in my life.
