This self-paced online programme runs a little like a documentary. A series of 10 short videos accompanied by a comprehensive guide book with self-reflection exercises takes you on a personal journey uncovering your unique wisdom. How stress, mental overload and emotional turmoil affect our food choices and nutritionally status, sleep and health.
Claire has run Insomnia workshops on-line, delivered various talks on “energetic nutrition” and “mindful eating”. She is author of the booklet “Your Edible Healing Garden” and “tools and tips for managing mood through food” and has a compassionate edge for supportive healing.
Claire’s focus and material lie primarily on two key questions:
“Are food and mood separate?”
“What are your food choices saying about you? “
