Angela is a dedicated acupuncturist passionate about helping people restore balance, relieve pain, and enhance their overall wellbeing through the power of Traditional Chinese Medicine. With a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of the body’s energy systems, Franco combines ancient wisdom with modern insight to create personalized treatments for each client. Drawing on years of training and clinical experience, Franco focuses on treating the root cause of imbalance rather than just the symptoms. His gentle, intuitive style makes each session both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. Cancellations & Refunds

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in the full session fee being charged.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened treatment to accommodate the schedule.
The full appointment fee will still apply, regardless of the length of the treatment received.
If a client arrives too late to proceed with treatment, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Refunds

Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.
Prepaid sessions or packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another appointment or, at the practitioner’s discretion, to another person.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
